Whilst working closely with my Clients I quickly become aware of how they work, what is important to them, and all the nuances of their industry. Supporting them with suggestions and decisions as a business partner means I am able to stand back with them and view their business and what needs to be done to help them grow. So not only do I advise in my Virtual Business Manager capacity I get on and complete projects that would otherwise still be sitting on their to-do list.

When you have a holiday looming and you run your own business, it always seems so daunting getting everything ready before you go and then worrying about it whilst you are away and catching up when you get back. I met Mark Rouvray at a Networking meeting and we discussed how I could support him in just such a situation. We met up and he explained all that he needed cover for whilst he was away and how best to do this. Whilst he was away he was able to just check in with his business occasionally, knowing that everything was taken care of in the background and any issues escalated and dealt with competently. I even managed to get him a new Client whilst he was away.

I have known Lucy Messeratis of Nixon Executive Support for several years and last year working from home Lucy mentioned that she was struggling to work at her office desk and had some back niggles. Straight away I told her that I could fix that with a Display Screen Risk Assessment.
