These Office Audits are useful if you are

Operations Management Support - From £750 per day
Usually employed after a Specialist Consult Audit
Useful if you cannot employ a full-time staff member but you need a safe pair of hands who understands your business strategy, goals, effective operations and growth.
Flexible solutions to suit your needs each month depending on projects and workloads.
Once the main projects have been completed a retained support package can be arranged to suit your ongoing needs such as ad hoc projects, support, reviews and advice.
What does it include;
- Depending on the number of days retained per month a meeting first thing in that month will be arranged to task out areas to be reviewed and effected.
- Online meetings-calls for updates and inclusion in relevant meetings.
- Access to relevant documentation and software.
- Visits to the office if required.
- Actions, solutions and updates on projects provided at the end of the month or sooner if required..
