SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT
Auxilium Business Consulting Ltd
Sustainability is integral to Auxilium Business Consulting Ltd. As an Ethical Business Strategist, I help small service-based businesses grow responsibly, balancing profit with people and planet, and turning good intentions into measurable, practical action.
Our commitment
We recognise our industry still has work to do. We take responsibility for the impact of our decisions on:
- The environment we all depend on
- The workplace (employees, clients, suppliers, and customers)
- The communities where we operate
- Our philanthropic efforts
Even as a small business, we commit to reducing emissions across every activity, embedding sustainable practices into day-to-day operations, and using our influence to raise standards and drive change across our sector.
Governance and credibility
Auxilium Business Consulting Ltd is proud to have achieved a GOLD Re-Accreditation from CSR-A in January 2025 and will reaccredit in 2028.
Auxilium has also been recognised through award shortlists and placements, including finalist positions in the Best Business Women’s Awards (Green Business), runner-up in the Merton Chamber awards (Best Small Business), and finalist in the Kingston Borough Business Awards (Outstanding Green Business Champion).
How we deliver impact for clients
My work is grounded in ethical decision-making, transparency, and long-term value creation. I support business owners through comprehensive projects, advice and training covering:
-
Background to CSR
-
Why it matters & benefits of inclusion strategies
-
Accreditation bodies
-
Who is CSR-A and the 4 Pillar framework & examples
-
CSR Evidence gathering
-
Pain points for SMEs
- Operational performance and risk
- Sustainability integration (reducing waste, energy use, and emissions while strengthening resilience)
Alongside these operational areas, I provide project and operations management, office setups and reorganisations, and display screen risk assessments, always applying a sustainability lens so improvements stick and deliver lasting benefits.
How we operate responsibly
We make sustainable choices across energy and utilities, travel, procurement, supply chains, waste reduction, recycling, flexible working, pro bono and volunteer work, and local community support. When travel by car is necessary, we use a hybrid electric vehicle, and we prioritise online technology for meetings to reduce travel emissions while increasing efficiency.
Community focus in 2026
In 2026 we will continue active community involvement through educational workshops, networking, and volunteering with Waste 2 Plate, to support the distribution of surplus food to the local community.
Standards, memberships, and recognition
Our memberships and accreditations reflect the standards we maintain for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, including: CSR-A accreditation, The Good Business Charter, The Association of Sustainability Practitioners, Ecologi, Carbon Kapture, and being Certified Carbon Literate.
Our ongoing journey
Our sustainability journey is built on four pillars: environment, community, workplace, and philanthropy. We encourage everyone connected to Auxilium to participate because responsible business is a shared endeavour that strengthens service quality, builds trust, and creates meaningful outcomes.
Our mission is simple:
“Help small business owners make brave and bold impacts to build a greener planet.”
