I have over 18 years’ experience as an Operations Manager for a London based SME, and add to that 16 years’ experience in international trading and sales. Then there’s all the real life challenges small business owners handle – I’ve been running my own business for several years while managing my home, bringing up my children and caring for elderly parents. You can be sure I have the skills you’re looking for and I understand the challenges you face.
My mission is to support SMEs to grow and thrive by providing sustainable solutions, supporting them on a flexible basis to suit them and always as a trusted advisor and safe pair of hands.
I’ve been supporting business owners like you with sustainable business consulting, management and project needs since founding Auxilium in 2017. Auxilium is the Latin word for “aid, assist and support” and that is what I do by seamlessly integrating with small businesses and helping them on their business operations journey. My “lightbulb moment” was realising that small businesses need to get specialist help for their larger projects, they need experienced trusted managerial support on an outsourced basis. In short, they need a Small Business Consultant like me.
